A+++ on customer service and product. Will shop from CustomInk again!

The process was, as in the past, very good. But during the process the only thing was that a recommendation was made by custom ink on a lettering color. They said it would look good. I guess in my mind it was not what I expected and not at all the look I wanted. A second round of approvals was needed and a recommendation by another rep was made and made sense. Seems like the second rep was a bit more experirnced.

You guys are awesome -- so easy to work with and great customer service.

I had a great experience with Custom Ink. I got my T's quick, they look great, and the staff there was helpful when I needed it! Very good overall!!

CustomInk has great and fast customer service!! Last minute I realized that I needed one more shirt and they quickly fixed the order for me a week before it arrived! They sent me a kind and personal email, and in less than 24 hours the order was fixed and there where no transaction or late fees! Though things can be somewhat expensive with CustomInk- it is totally worth it! Your item will be of high quality, and CustomInk customer service works hard to make the process easy for you!

Customink is awesome! I've used them before and I have gotten good follow-up each time. Also, I've gotten the shirts earlier each time than the expected arrival date, which is nice!

I loved the website, and Katherine Gibson is cool as hell and super nice, she helped me greatly with sending me an email of the prices of the different types of long sleeve shirts I coyld get and if I got 20 of them.

The only problem I had with ordering was that I only received 12 of the 13 sweatshirts that I ordered. As soon as I called, the customer service representative set up another order right away so I would receive that one sweatshirt as soon as possible. The custom service was excellent and had this minor problem resolved in no time.
