I have ordered through custom ink in the past and had a wonderful experience. The shirts for great. Color was not correct on first batch, but quickly sent new shirts. Those shirts are still beautiful. These were not up to the same quality.

My experience was extremely positive. I am not completely computer savy and it was necessary for me to call customer service. I spoke with "Kathryn". Not only was she helpful but she was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with my order. She was friendly and efficient-- made me feel completely at ease. Should the need arise for me to order in the future I would definitely come back to Customink.
Customer service was awesome, walking us thru the complex order we placed. Follow-up was impressive as well. They checked back to make sure everything was exactly as we ordered it prior to sending it to production. We were pleasantly surprised at your quick turn-around. The order was here almost a week early. Nice job! CustomInk is more pricey than a local shop but the design software was easy to use and combined with the exceptional service made for a worthwhile experience.
I designed my shirt on the website first then I spoke with Chris Rabe on the phone. Chris made my customer experience absolutely amazing with his friendliness and professionalism. If I ever have shirts printed again I would go straight through Chris because I feel like he's a solid dude to work with.

We placed an order on Friday 5/2 and paid an additional 10% to have shirts and baseball hats for out t-ball team delivered on Friday 5/9 as our opening ceremonies were scheduled for 5/10. We confirmed the proof within 45 minutes of receiving the request on Friday 5/2 and got our confirmation email stating delivery on 5/9 - Guaranteed! On Wednesday 5/7, I received a call saying that there had been a problem with our hats - 1/2 of the order was ruined by the printing machine. There was no way to get more hats in time - they would be printed on 5/9 and we would have them on 5/12. I was offered a $25 credit for a future order. I had to request the 10% back since it would not arrive for our event. When I expressed my upset that 12 children wouldn't have their full uniforms for opening day baseball and pictures, the wonderful customer service rep stated, "well, it's the shirts that count. The [baseball] hats are just extra really" and she confirmed my shirts would arrive on Friday as originally stated. On Thursday, I then received a call from customer service saying there was a problem with the shirts and they would also arrive on Monday. I had to demand that they be delivered on Friday as originally "Guaranteed!" Custom Ink had to FedEx instead, but at least the shirts arrived on Friday. I do not trust this company to stand behind any promise they make. What is the purpose of a gurantee if they break it or you have to demand they keep it. The quality of the apparel was fine, but unless you order months in advance, find a local vendor.
