The overall experience was great. The biggest downfall was dealing with several different people on the same project/order. I must have dealt with 7-8 ppl before I said something and was able to keep the same rep to work with. I think this makes for better working relationship. Kind of like buying a Harley...you don't want to deal with a bunch a sales people.... Other than that, it was great!
