From my initial call, to the finished product, customer service and knowledge was superior. Completely warm while professional. After receiving 1st embroidery order I realized I had inadvertantly missed ordering shirts for 2 employees. I frantically called in , received the same courteous, professional assistance and EXACTLY when promised received the 2 shirts - allowing us to provide our 45 employees with a "thank you" gift on time (start of National Telecommunicator's Week" (9-1-1 dispatchers). We are thrilled.
