The shirts were exactly as ordered, and the printing is perfect. I also loved how in touch they seemed to be, letting me know every detail of the process of my order. Thanks guys!

This was a very easy transaction and product was satisfactory with good quality screen-printing. It was a very easy 1 color project so I expected it to come out very well. The Badger shirts are a little smaller than sizing indicates - I am glad I purchased a variety of shirts to meet my needs but did have to purchase extra.

My only complaint, and it is kind of a big one......from the order date to the arrival date it was exactly 2 weeks. This was for simple shirts with a design that did not change from the last time I ordered. It took 4 days to get the approve the proof email, on a proof that was the exact same one used as last time. I thought the entire process, for a simple design already on file on an order of only 12 shirts was much too long. I thought for sure that it wouldn't take that long and as a result, the shirts arrived the day after our 1st game - a big disappointment. I realize the guarantee date was given to me at the time of order, but that is almost 3 weeks, what kind of guarantee is that? Although if I would have paid a "rush" fee of 25% extra, I could have gotten the shirts much faster. For a multiple repeat customer, I shouldn't have to do that. Anyways, the time it took to receive this order was disappointing, and did not meet my expectations. As far as if I would order from CustomInk again, I am selecting yes, but the actual answer is not sure, which is not an option.

Great customer service, easy to navigate website.

The website was easy to use and was probably the biggest reason I chose to get a quote here. The shirts are good quality and well-priced. The customer service was great and the shirts were completed and shipped quickly without error! Overall, everybody was happy with the shirts! I have already recommended this site to a friend who is ordering shirts for another group.
