I searched a number of sites for the custom cups I wanted. Most of the sites were very cumbersome, with no way of viewing a design on the spot and you had to wait two days for a sample, etc. Your website was extremely easy to maneuver and it allowed me to look at my design immediately, no matter how many times I changed it! The cups are even better looking in person and the print is crystal clear. They were delivered quickly with no additional charge. Will definitely keep Customink in mind for the future . Thanks for making a great product and an even greater way to order it.

This is the second time I have used Custom Ink and I have been very happy with the overall experience. I really like the ease of use in designing my cups on your website. I even designed some for a friend, sent her the proof and she ended up ordering firm you! How about a discount for my next purchase??? My friends name is Barbara Gregory.

This website allowed me to see what the product would look like and tweak it to my desire. I must have had 3 different designs saved to CustomInk's website. I would edit these constantly. When i finally decided on a design, they really created it the way I wanted. I love that I was able to do that, but still had the comfort of knowing if something wasn't exactly center or if the image wasn't crisp enough CustomInk would help me out. The tracking process was amazing. I was constantly checking it! It even had a update on when it was updated. Awesome!

I had a great experience the design area was great and easy to use the product was good. When I order cups again I will get the 22oz rather then the 16oz the taller glass would look better. A good and concerned company thank you so much Ken

From beginning to end, it was a great process. Very timely turnaround on the design and shipping. Received the product in plenty of time for our party. Will definitely use your services again.

I am pleased overall with my order. There were some issues with the shipping being delayed a couple of times, however once I received the cups, I was still pleased with them.

I had a wonderful experience with CustomInk. The website was easy to use and they really seemed to care what I wanted. It was great that they sent me a copy of the product before shipping and reminded me that it had been delivered. I also had a great experience emailing and asking questions with a quick and polite response!
