Overall the experience with ordering was good, but it is over shadowed by the finished product and the mis-direction by your staff to a juniors shirt for a women's cut that was obviously meant for adults.

The proof approval process included a couple revisions. This process was much better than expected. My only issue is the price per shirt. I came to custom ink with the preconceived notion that a large t-shirt printing business leveraging technology would offer me, a small business owner, with a lower priced alternative to my local print shop. That turned out not to be true.
