The website is very simple to use! It tells you everything you need to know to pick the correct size and style. If I ran into any trouble designing, the CustomInk team is always available to help. I love that they even email me to review the final image before printing. This was my second time ordering for CustomInk and I will definitely order again.
CustomInk's customer service is excellent. Email and questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. They have a large selection of colors and styles to choose from. Shipping and delivery were right on time with no problems with the order at delivery. Would continue using their services and recommend them to friends.

We have always had such a pleasant experience with CustomInk. Your quickness is fantastic for our timelines and your staff is always a joy to work with. They always send a proof to "review" when they make changes, which have always turned out great. This time, they told me they needed to shrink the images on the front to fit the youth sizes as well. When I got them in, the image seemed a little small for the adult shirts. I know this was most likely unavoidable and I am still extremely satisfied with what we got, but thought I would let you know that they seemed a little bit smaller in person than on the computer!! We will definitely be using you for all of our t-shirt needs.

Overall the whole process was great, and you guys were very helpful and supportive throughout. The only thing I can think of to improve the process is that I had email conversations with 5 or 6 different CI employees , which created the necessity for some reiteration on my part. Not a major problem. The whole process was much smoother than I anticipated. Thank you for all of your help.
