I had an all around wonderful experience with Custom Ink. I called for a last minute order and the items I ordered arrived two days later! CustomInk blows away the competition with its stellar customer service. I was amazed at how easy it was to communicate with the customer service reps and how quickly all of my questions got answered. The woman I worked with was super friendly and helpful. The bags I ordered were high quality and everyone that received one mentioned how great they looked. I could not have had a better experience and I will definitely be using CustomInk again!
This is my second order with Custom Ink and both times the products are exactly what I was hoping for. Nothing is left up to question and I know I am getting what I had planned on. No surprises

I had ordered 40 T-shirts. One of the T-shirt that was printed was a defective one. The other T-shirt that I had has some grey staining on the back of the T-shirt that I will not be able to use to give away as a promotion. The experience that I didn't like about using CustomInk was that the printing of the logo for the large sized shirt was on the same template for the one that was used on the medium sized shirt. The logo also seems to be slight off on the upper left side of the chest area. I would have expected the graphic designers to make the necessary changes to accommodate proper placement of the logo and adjust according when the printing on larger sized shirts. The logo just does not seem to be properly placed. If CustomInk does not want to take liability for the consumer's lack of knowledge on this, I would have expected communication via email or calling me to discuss this matter. I also felt that customer service representative was pushing to upsell for addition color on the T-shirt. I am not too happy about this experience either.
