The overall experience was stressful but the final product was very good. Although I asked for a sample of the product we wanted customized and a sample of customink's work, I had to pay for the unprinted sample and never received a printed sample of their work. We--a nonprofit--were spending a lot of money on these items, yet we were treated as if we were ordering one t-shirt. Still, I hoped for the best and placed the order. I had to go through customer service to place the order because we needed the delivery split between two locations. One of the addresses was typed in wrong, and we're lucky we were able to track it down. The final printing job was very good. So I highly recommend them for that. However, their customery service needs a lot of work.

I have worked with Customink for 5 years on many different projects. Each time the customer service has been exceptional. Jessica was great! She expedited my order and got the shipment to me a day early. What a class act!!

Our company has ordered from CustomInk several times over the past two years and we have been impressed with them each time. The streamlined ordering process is SO simple and seems to leave no stone unturned. I can't think of a single improvement that CustomInk could to in order to make the process better! And the quality of the finished product is at least as high as anything we have ordered from numerous companies in the past. We will DEFINITELY keep coming back to CustomInk with our screenprinting needs!

After designing, I had to talk with customer service to obtain a larger picture. It takes excessive time and work on both sides, especially when the client has several designs to work on. Hope that in the future, your website, or the email you send to the client, can display a downloadable large picture.

The customer service was outstanding. There was a problem with my original design. A representative called me within 24 hours of placing the order. The original delivery date was Dec. 16. I had my order in my hands on Dec. 8th. Thanks for all the help!
