Overall we have been VERY satisfied with the process of ordering through CustomInk. The customer service was incredible and all of those who helped us through the process should be commended. From concept to final product the staff did a great job and I know we will come back next time a product need arrises. GREAT JOB CUSTOM INK!!

The jerseys that we ordered from Custom Ink look great, and I can't say enough about the customer service - absolutely fantastic. We hadn't won a game all season and then the day after our new jerseys arrived from Custom Ink we won a blow-out! It's gotta be the shirts!

The person I initially dealt with was very professional and helpful. I ended up getting some wrong information though in regards to the placement of your logo as well as the final productions of the shirts being unclear as to where I wanted part of the screen print on the shirt even though it was already in the notes. I had a hold placed on the shirts for information already listed in the notes of your representative and I's initial placement of my order? When I had to deal with your Customer Service head Rep she was rude. Among numerous phone calls to get the order in production the representatives I spoke with were helpful for the most part in getting the shirts completed per due date. Overall it was a good experience, and most of all the shirts turned out great.

Customer serivce was awesome. Cat Quinlan contacted me to tell me that I could save money because my logo had light blue in it that matched the shirt and I could save money, by simpy eliminating the need to print the light blue. I was excited and just decided to apply the difference to the new shirt, and added 1 more on top of that. Customer service was awesome.

CustomInk is very helpful from the beginning to end. You can call customer service at any time and the website is so easy to navigate. I have had such a great experience with them I will definitely use them again.

Ultimately, my experience was excellent. My only complaint would be with two individuals that I spoke with early on in my investigation of available shirts. I was interested in a shirt that was shown on your website, but not listed as one of your products, and these two individuals were going to see if the shirt could be obtained. Neither of the two individuals got back to me about the shirt, which they said they would. Please note that the person I dealt with when actually placing the order was great, as well as the person who dealt with the slight design correction at the time of final approval. In the end, the shirts turned out great. Thank you.
