I had a fantastic experiencing ordering my shirts. There was an issue with the sizing of the design I had created. I was immediately contacted by a customer service representative and quickly resolved the problem. I was then given an opportunity to review a final proof. All interactions I had with CustomInk staff were wonderful and I always received prompt responses. With the delay regarding my design size I became nervous that my order might arrive later than originally indicated. I needed my shirts early in the morning the day after the indicated arrival date. The shirts still arrived in plenty of time and were a great success. This was my third order with CustomInk and I will certainly be placing more in the future...as well as recommending the site to my friends. Thank you!
