I've shown the sweaters I've received to my co-workers, and they approve and like the work that you've presented in the sweaters. To that end I've recommended you to them to order shirts, sweaters, and the like form you guys for your team. The polite and helpful customer service was what I enjoyed most ordering from you. You know how to talk to people and I found that you can be quite accommodating with your customer's situations, be it financial or updating their orders. The fact that you also have free shipping, and prompt deliver time is also something I like about your services. I would most definitely order form you again.

I have ordered quite a few products for my entire ball team from there. Been very happy with all of it. Although we are quite disappointed that a lot of things we would like to get are not available in Canada. Also, it seems as though our colour "kiwi" isn't on the website anymore but we could still get it. Worried it will be gone soon and then we won't be able to get anymore matching products. The customer service with custom ink is completely amazing. The people are all very helpful and all I have dealt with speak English which seems to be rare when you call places these days. Thanks custom ink

My overall experience was pretty good, the customer's service associate was helpful and nice but did not understand my vision and what I was trying to do. It also took quite some time to place my order - I have ordered other products from CustomInk before and I was on the phone for hours, and this time I was just reordering and it still took me almost the same amount of time!
