Very pleased, the process was clear and streamlined with clear photos of design in the proof. I made an adjustment after the 1st proof, and a small adjustment in the 2nd proof. My customer service experience was exhausting but courteous. I've never experienced such incompetence in any other retail transaction. I spent a lot of time getting all of the details correct with my order only to have it mistakenly modified numerous times. I gave a DIRECT LINK of my shirt design to more than one customer service reps only to have them ignore it and choose the wrong one. This was followed by them changing the color and size of items by mistake and missing the entire second page of my order, twice. I have to say undeniably that only by my perserverance were my orders completed. The whole experience left me frustrated and exhausted. Carelessness and oversight will destroy a retail company. I do however wish you all the best and hope that my experience was not indicative of the entire company. BTW, once the order was placed, processing and shipping was EXTREMELY quick. It was a pleasant surprise.
