I have worked as a CSR in a call center for the past 7 years. In the past, the CSR have done a great job. This time they were starting to bother me. I was getting to many calls from them. I called in and explained that I do not have daily access to my email and would look at the proof in a couple of days. I told the rep that there was no rush about getting the shirts and I was not worried about the ship date. We had been working on getting new shirts for a year. Another week would not matter. I also said that I worked in a call center and it has difficult for me to take personal calls during the day. I continued to get calls. One man call and spoke so fast that even after I replayed the message a few time, I could not understand the call back number. I approved the image of the shirt. I called in and changed the number of shirts over the phone. Guess what, I started getting calls again to approve the image. I went on line and to approve the image but found the the number of shirts was off by one and the sizes were not correct. I had to correct the order. I was asked for a couple of more shirts and was able to make the change without any troubles. In the last 5 years of getting shirts, this is the only problem. Hey my students love the shirts! I cannot wait for the next order.

Everything was awesome! The shirts were perfect, the entire team is beyond satisfied with them. The customer service was no joke either, ensuring that the order was perfect before sending them. My only suggestion, although I understand that it's not economical, is that the shirt sizes only went up to 4X. We had a few people sign up that are rather large, and may not be able to squeeze into a 4X. Overall though, great service and will be using again!

I spoke to some one there about this, I understand the shirts are made already. My team wanted black stripes on the shoulder instead of white, so we could match the logo. White was the only option for having a red shirt. Maybe add different stripe options in the future? Other then that, service was great, upgraded shipping was appreciated so we could wear them before Game 2 tomorrow. Thanks guy!
