Everything exceeded my expectations except there was some confusion over what the two week guaranteed delivery meant for shipment to an APO address. I had expected the order to arrive in two weeks but it took a few additional days. Other than that, everything, especially the customer service, was fantastic.
The staff were really helpful for our order. We had to change the color scheme of our shirts after they were already out for printing and Amanda really went out of her way to help us get the right design we needed, and still getting the shirts on-time even with the changes! Kudos.
I would like to have had the ability to order the same design but in different colors without doing separate orders.

When I first did the design and inserted my artwork, I could not get the text to fit under the art so I reduced the size of the artwork but still could not get the text to fit. Calling your customer service rep solved the problem as he was able to get the text in the proper place, however, I never restored the artwork to the larger size. I did approve the proof but wish I had made the artwork larger or that the customer service person would have asked me about it. Lesson learned, I guess...
