Your website was so easy to use and the customer service reps actually seemed to not only like their job, but seemed to want to help me! One thing I might mention when you advertise your shipping policy is that "by date" means by the close of business on that day. This didn't end up being a problem for us as the shirts got here before our lunch break when I needed them, but promising something "by" a certain date implies, to me, that it would be there before that day, i.e. by COB of the day before. Just a thought!

I had a great experience with CustomInk. We ran into a shipping issue because we needed our shirts by a certain time. I called customer service, they found out where the shirts were in the shipping process and had the labels changed so I would get them in the morning shipment. We received the shirts on time, they looked great and everyone loved them. I will definitely return when we need to order shirts in the future!
