I asked the customer service rep about digital printing, and was told that the ink would feel like the fabric. I had asked about soft ink but they did not know what that was, so we spoke about digital printing. I was told that I had to select a shirt that had no order minimum for digital printing so I purchased a significantly higher priced shirt in order to have the digital printing. I love the shirt, but the ink does not feel like part of the fabric, it's raised which is not what I was going for at all. There needs to be a better explanation of the different printing options along with the look and feel of it.
