Things that made it great: product selection, pricing clarity, art upload ease, placement on the t-shirt ease, tools to align art/text on shirt ease (e.g. "center"), the little squares that show the main portion of the shirt and the pocket of it, the proof process, the dlivery time and order accuracy.
