I was hesitant about using an online service to get our T shirts made but after talking with customer service I felt as if they were serious about providing a product that met and exceeded our expectations. Customer service is wonderful. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful. I had a bit of trouble at the beginning setting up for members of my group to place orders. I sent out the group leader link so everyone became a group leader. Once that was figured out and I was given the link to send out so they could just sing up, all went very well. Suggestions for improvement: I had two designs and two shirts for each design so it was a bit cumbersome having to go to different links. It would be cool to be able to see it all in one and for those ordering to see them in one link. Also, when someone ordered 14 of one size, that was pretty cumbersome to not be able to put in 14 smalls instead of adding 1 fourteen times.

I felt that the sizing is wrong. I held a large and medium up to each other, and they were basically identical. I followed your sizing recommendation chart, and it was completely off. Several shirts were too small. Secondly, it seems that a $16 dollar tee-shirt should be perfect. If you are going to charge such exorbitant prices, then you better get it right. Otherwise, charge $10 and I won't feel so put off.

I have found everyone with whom i've spoken to be capable, clear, and exceptionally pleasant. I'd love to continue to work with you -- my main request is slightly more stylish tank/tee options, with a softer color palette than these. Last year I used the bella micro-ribbed tanks, which looked nice, but many folks disliked that they stretch out a lot. One thing that worked well was that a lot of the men were okay with the tanks, too -- generally they got XL so that they weren't totally skin tight, which isn't as much in fashion for men in our community. Any ideas?

Thanks for your work. Two issues.. One, I communicated to the customer support rep wanted to exact number of shirts as 2013. Noted we got a lot more shirts - not sure why. It took some time to finalize the shirt design - this caused a lack of focus lost on other items.
