I found the customers service to be excellent. The proofing process was quite reassuring. There was concern raised about our color/screen printing combo that was shared with me and I appreciated that very much. We opted to go with the original plan despite warning from the designers at CustomInk and they were right about how the shirt/screen print combo would turn out. Despite that, I like the tshirts very much & am very happy with my order.

We have used CustomInk for A LOT of orders. We have had good experiences, and we have had a few really bad experiences. This order went relatively well- but it just look like the shirts are not looked over before they are packaged. I have found myself saying multiple times that we will be looking for someone else to work with, but we do continue to use CustomInk for now. The simplicity of designing and ordering is hard to beat. I just wish we could get two things: 1) Orders to be thoroughly looked over before being sent 2) Any kind of loyalty/recognition for repeat business. <<< I have mentioned this MANY times, but I don't think repeat business matters enough to their business?
