I ordered a mixed bag of garments, but the person I spoke with on the phone was super helpful in making sure I got the correct shirts at the lowest price, without additional printing fees (something I couldn't seem to get other printers to understand). That fact alone would bring me back, so kudos on customer service!

My recent purchase with Custom Ink was a great customer service experience. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful at helping me stay within my budget. Also, I was able to get my order even before my already tight deadline. The t-shirts were a reorder so they we're exactly what I was expecting. Overall it was a great experience.

Great service and products with quick turn around time. If you select colors close to the background color make sure that there is a clear understanding of how different the color is to the background to avoid invisible colors/artwork.

Without asking for it, CustomInk refunded part of my order cost becauseI was printing the same design on two different products. Most companies would take the extra money, but CustomInk is different. That's why I love them.
