My 2nd order with CustomInk and this was a very last minute rush job. Everyone I spoke with was great - extremely helpful and professional. I could not have had a better experience! (Had equally great experience with my prior order back in December which was a larger order - "Team Whippet" hoodies.)

I really did not know what to expect prior to speaking w staff. but they were extremely helpful and the result was great. They had great suggestions concerning the T-shirt part of things - placement size of logo etc. I will definitly use them again.

Overall, our experience was awesome. People got their shirts this week and we have only had positive feedback and folks asking for more.

LOVED IT!!! I actually very seldomly write an AMAZING review but I was truly truly impressed. I saw a commercial and had not even thought about doing tshirts but thought it would be a fun way to keep track of my teen girlscouts who hate wearing vests and feeling "nerdy". So for fun I designed something VERY easily on the website and emailed it out to the girls. The site was incredibly user friendly. I even tried to design a similar shirt on about 5other sites to compare prices, pics, etc. And every single time, I went back to this one. This one was a small amount more expensive but ended up being even cheaper than the estimate was. They had more clip art than anyone else too!!!! They arrived on the exact day they said they would, in the box, and in a protective plastic, and I loved that each of the shirt tags is a sticker! FUN! And the customer service was AMAZING!!! I talked to a woman (yes a REAL person and it was super easy to reach them), and she was tremendous. Very kind, very willing to work with me, even gave me her suggestions!!! I WILL FOR SURE be ordering more shirts from these guys!!!! Even girls night out shirts for my girlfriends. Options are endless and I am a HUGE fan. Clearly, I have nothing bad to say about them :)

We had a great experience with our cs rep. I had lots of questions and changes. They were always there to assist. We even had a question on a Sunday, and you were there to answer it! That's great. Order arrived ahead of schedule.
