I am confused and concerned about how my transactions was handled in regards to using my High School name on the t shirt as Corona. We are Corona del Sol High school, but go by Corona. I live near the high school and live in Corona Ranch. Yet, you felt that it was too close to trademark infringement to the Corona beer brand. I wanted to use Corona, in orange and in a font that was not close to the beer brand. No where on the t shirt did it refer to the beer. Yet, you would not let me use the word Corona. Please let me know if you will let me use Corona as a reference to our high school or not so I know where to take my business. I changed to Corona del Sol because of the timing but was frustrated with the experience you put me through. And I've ordered exclusively through you for the last 8 years.

I always enjoy working with Custom Ink. My customer service interactions have been pleasant, but at times it seems that the bubbliness is forced. I understand it's important for CSRs to build mutuality with the customer, but it should be naturally occurring. I know this is difficult to pull off to match each customer's personality, but you guys are on the right track!
Staff was very friendly and helpful on the website and on the phone when placing our order. I work with a large group who had many different requests for size, color, and shirt type. The products were received early and everyone was very happy with what they ordered. We plan on using Customlink for all of our future orders.
Brody was willing to walk through multiple designs and multiple shirts with me in a conversation that took place over about 100 miles of road while I was driving, which was so helpful to me-- killing two (or more) birds with one stone. He was incredibly patient and really friendly. Would definitely work with him again.

The design tools are intuitive. Help is available at every turn. I changed my mind after a good night's sleep and the staff was really kind and helpful about checking if the shirts had already been printed (luckily, they had not!) My company shirts look great and are so comfortable that no one wants to take them off. :)
