I think the customer service was outstanding in every element from design through the ordering process. The products arrived in a timely fashion and were just as they appeared in on the website. I was worried about the alignment of the copy on the bags as I could only eye-ball where words were placed. But the Art Dept took care to ensure my product was well-aligned and looked professional. The quality of the bag was terrific and all my clients love them - So do I!

Staff is easy to work with and very professional. The items were exactly as expected and have held up as a bag. I gave these items out at a trade show and everyone seemed to like the design, style color and functionality. I will order these again for another trade show! Thanks much!

I absolutely love CustomInk, their products and their customer service. I am a director of a High School Theatre program and order anywhere from 3-5 times a school year. They are always excellent to work with and have a fantastic product. I can't say enough good things about them!

The end product was great! I did this as a surprise for my group and it was really appreciated because of the personal touch in the logo. During the planning process your sales person really helped me "nail down" the specifics....thanks for making this easy!

Second time

Our first experience with Customink were family vacation/ mom's 75th birthday - t-shirts. Nobody knew they were coming, except us.......we were very happy with quality, punctuality, service....t-shirts were a HUGE hit (still worn by various family members at various times, and that was three years ago)... we ordered hats the next year from a local company, small town, trying to help local economy...bad move....quality was ok ( just ok), but timing was terrible. They didn't show up until vacation almost over.....came back to customink, found the backpacks....perfect!! Ordering was simple, backpacks are already here, and waiting for summer beach vacation. The "plan" is to give each family member (ages 12- 77) a "customink" backpack with a water gun in it for the family "water gun" fight !!!!! The only problem is we have set precedence.....1st year - custom t-shirts, 2nd year - custom hats, 3rd year - custom backpacks, 4th year - ?????? Thank you !!!

I was so happy with my order. Each of our soccer players loved their bags. And they were actually delivered earlier than expected. Everything was great and I will definately be using your company again when I need something. I will also be letting anyone who asks about your website. Thanks for everything.
