Originally the customer service was great. The order was missing shirts and I just emailed for the 3rd time with no response. If I don’t get one I guess I will need to call. I spoke with someone well doing the design 10W and they were great!!

Ordering was easy. I do wish product pricing was easier to find online. It would be nice to see a breakdown with the cost of the item and the cost of the screens. Although the Sport-Tek Performance Sweatshirt is nice, I don't think I can justify spending $72 each to purchase more. I think the item itself was around $42 which means the screens ran about $30 each??? I initially worked with Bill G. on my orders and at some point, he was away and I had to work with another rep. Bill was really quick on getting back to me with each email. With his delayed response one time, I called. That's when I had to finish my order with another rep. It would have been nice for someone else to pick up the email conversation quickly if Bill was out. Your representatives that I spoke with were all very friendly and helped out. The issues were minor and I am not dissatisfied in any way.
