your customer service representative was wonderful. We needed to add a few more fleece jackets to our original order and she was very nice and went above and beyond to help us complete our order. A reasonable $15 was charged to add on to this order and it was very much appreciated to be able to get a fleece for some in our group who were incidentally left out of the first order!
