As a former Chief Customer Officer, I am very tough on organizations regarding their customer service. I can honestly say that CustomInk really understands what service to the customer means. The website is so easy to navigate and designing our custom tshirt was very simple to do. I had contact with one of the representatives who made the order process go as smoothly as possible. The turnaround time for the shirts was also very quick. I would use this company again for future orders and would also highly recommend them to friends and colleagues.

You guys were great. Very easy to work with. Of course one of the guys found a mistake after we (okay, I) submitted it for production. Although there was maybe only a half-hour between the two I was not hopeful of being able to effect a change. A "call" to your service department made it easy. Very cool. Thank-you!

I think you have a winning formula. I was very pleased with Kat and her support during the process. At first I was concerned that I had to talk to someone before getting a firm price but via email it was perfect. I really liked the final process of approving of the shirts via email as they turned out just like I wanted and as shown in the approval process. Good job

Had very good luck overall. Had a little trouble with first person I talked to on the phone when placing the initial order, cleared that up by a second call and sending in a spread-sheet with all information broke out on order. Everyting went well from that point on and had absolutely no problems on received order,not one single printing or sizing error and count of order was dead on.Very high quality printing and products. Thanks!
