I was on travel out of the country after placing my order. The customer service rep assured me that the order would be held until my return to review and mail the order. However it wasn't. Luckily, my neighbor saw the box sitting outside! That was the only negative in my whole process....the quality and packaging was great!!!

Overall, I am satisfied with the product, printing and the on-time delivery. All personal that I dealt with in the massaging of the design was very satisfactory and prompt.
