I do have trouble having to speak to different people each time. Even when I use the email info given, someone else reaches out. I am still waiting on some info I requested from Torrie, that ended up being Kacey. The order was the wrong color shirt but I think the order was not placed correctly when I called it in. Not sure what happened there. I have use CustomInk many times and do like the products, quality and timeliness.
