My cousin passed away tragically and unexpected in September. My close family and I got together to honor him and spent the weekend together. I didn't have anything of his and I wanted to feel a tangible link to him and my family. I got an idea for a t-shirt. I found customlnk.com on google and designed something. It only took a few minutes and I was pleased with my design, but concerned as to how it would turn out once I got it. Soon after, I received an email from what seemed to be a real live person letting me know she was overseeing my order. I was skeptical, but pleased with the open line of communication either way. Then I realized I needed one more shirt. I replied to the email and was blown away by how quickly someone got back to me. They stayed in contact with me all weekend keeping me abreast of the situation and the steps they were taking to add to my order. They were successful, which did not delay it in any way, and charged my card so I didn't have to fill out extra paper work. Soon after I received another email telling me my order shipped and it provided me with tracking information. The shirts arrived at my home swiftly, and with in minutes of receiving them, I had another email asking me if they turned out as I had hoped. They were great. True to size, nice material. I was so pleased and it seemed like such an important idea that could have gone so very wrong. I've sent out the shirts to all my family and they should arrive today. I am very excited to share the shirts with them, and very proud of them as well. I was so afraid they would seem cheap, and be done poorly. When I read the label about how t-shirts bring people together, I cried. In a world where mediocre customer service seems to be a welcomed surprise I was elated at the exceptional service I received from Customlink.com. I'll tell anyone who will listen that this is the only place to shop for your custom clothing, and or other items.

Customer service was great, all the reps I talked to were extremely friendly. Justin was particularly helpful with all my multiple questions. My only complaint is that there should be item numbers for the apparel as I was mixing and matching and I accidentally ordered a Gildan Tshirt instead of the Gildan Polo for someone.

I have ordered from Custom Ink several times and have never had one single complaint or issue. Always great customer service and quality of product. However, with my latest order there are some issues. I tried a different brand shirt....not crazy about it. One of the colors of my logo is not accurate. Sizing of shirts ran small. Still great customer service, fast turn around!

The shirts I ordered turned out great! everyone loved them. The light grey did have a little purple tint in it but overall it was a great outcome.
