I had seen the ads on TV and thought yeah, right. Then we had a need for shirts so I thought I'd try for myself. WOW! The process was increadibly simple. I made two changes along the way and both were seemlessly incorporated into my order. Our shirts were delivered early. Everyone who sees the shirts wants one! We should have put your ordering info on the back! Your customer service truly is stellar! (I used to manage a CS&S team, I know!)

I luv the choices, the simplicity of the website, the 100% awesome customer service for responding to the silly questions, with sane advice and patience so that I can end up with amazing company t-shirts.

The customer service folks I dealt with were terrific. They offered a great suggestion to combine our shirt orders and ultimately saved us $$. I told the group - if they ever needed t-shirts produced that your company is the way to go!!

I felt that the customer service I recieved was friendly, informative and helpful. The shirts look great and they came very quickly. We will definately use Custom Ink again.

Everything was wonderful, form the website's tools for designing to the friendly and helpful customer service on the phone, to the awesome designer's adjustments to help us have a better design and the timely delivery, everything was great.

Excellent, easy to navigate website packed with ideas. Helpful customer service and quality products. It is very rare to find a company that gets it right the first time and is focused on customer service, but Customink definitely falls into that category. We could not be more pleased with the overall experience and our final product!!

My overall experience was wonderful!!! I'm big on customer service and I will say the CustomInk staff ha world class customer service. The pricing was reasonable and service was fast. The only complaint I have is the website, I wish I could combine my bulk orders at once or it was easier to do so on the website as opposed to speaking with someone and then they adjusting the order. I will definitely be ordering more tshirts again. Thanks!!!

I really liked how fast they were printed and how customer service contacted me quickly to make sure they could get the order by when I needed them. I appreciate the overall service.
