Great customer service but terrible printing. Actual print did not look like proofs. Logo ended up on side of chest (where you can't see it looking at the person from the front) instead of front of the chest.

The customer service reps were great. They made adjustments and warned me that my design was a little too detailed and some of that would be missing in the final product. That was fine. However, the final screen print was a lot more like raised vinyl and my experience with a prior order which did not seem "plastic like" at all. I'm not fond of the raised "plastic/vinyl" screenprint.
