The website is a bit hard to navigate and even harder to design products. The customer service team at the 800 number were fantastic. The only good thing to come out of this very expensive ordeal, was that the customer service rep's were awesome.

I like the fact that you get a personal phone call from someone after the order is placed to ensure you're getting what you want. Then they resend a draft before it goes to print.
