Getting final approval for my logo proved to be a much more daunting task than I had anticipated. The hats themselves look great (they're Nike and New Era hats - so of course they do), the embroidery on the other hand, not so much. The text embroidery in particular turned out very disappointing - hard to read in some spots, uneven in others. Overall, I would say I'm disappointed in the final result. I know it's not impossible to embroider these hats with more accuracy and care, and in that area I feel CustomInk failed me. I'll be exploring other options for custom hats in the future.

Stick to shirts. My 2 experiences with your hats have been abysmal. Your embroidery is subpar, and your prices are not in line with the product you make.

Overall I made a good experience with customInk. The only downside was the ordering process, I know this was because it was in international order but it took me like 2 weeks and 3/4 customer service reps to complete my order. Other then that it was great.
