CustomInk's customer services is unmatched. I am very happy with how well everyone responds and looks out for my satisfaction. However, both of my last two orders have been imperfect. On a t-shirt order some of the printing was not perfectly straight and it was a design where that is noticeable. On the embroidered hates some had a few sticking flubs. I'd like to see the quality control on the finished products boosted so these things are caught and fixed before the items are delivered. All in all I'm satisfied and appreciate the good support.

Getting final approval for my logo proved to be a much more daunting task than I had anticipated. The hats themselves look great (they're Nike and New Era hats - so of course they do), the embroidery on the other hand, not so much. The text embroidery in particular turned out very disappointing - hard to read in some spots, uneven in others. Overall, I would say I'm disappointed in the final result. I know it's not impossible to embroider these hats with more accuracy and care, and in that area I feel CustomInk failed me. I'll be exploring other options for custom hats in the future.

Stick to shirts. My 2 experiences with your hats have been abysmal. Your embroidery is subpar, and your prices are not in line with the product you make.
