When I started my journey to find hats and shirts for a company wide event, I needed help searching for the best products and I had a very quick turn around time. The CustomInk customer service folks helped me out in a big way. They made it easy and clear to find exactly what I needed over the phone as well as via online chat. I had some issues with our screen printed shirts, and the customer service team, specifically Justin McDonald, went above and beyond to correct the issue and has made it very clear that CustomInk is superior to all other custom apparel shop around! I do suggest that you pay special attention to the colors of your artwork when you receive a digital proof. Make sure your colors were not changed. The digital proof makes it difficult to see what colors were used when dealing with pantone.
