I was going to use a different company because I wanted an American Apparel hooded sweatshirt (we love the quality of American Apparel) but as I was on the other website it was extremely difficult to navigate through! I love Custom Ink's site as well as the great, helpful staff. Our hoodies are perfect and everyone that ordered is really happy! Thanks so much!

I absolutely loved the shirts we ordered! The colors came out great as well as the design! Customer service was very friendly and helpful with everything that I asked and needed! An amazing company to work with and I will definitely be ordering again soon!! Thanks again!

It was easy to use and design and quick to produce and make and shipped quickly, exceeded expectations!

Damien helped me from step one, I knew what I wanted but didnt want to deal with putting it all together, so he helped me design and order exactly what I needed. Damien is the bomb diggity!

Custom Ink was very helpful. The designer I worked with over the phone really dedicated his time wnd enery to making sure our sweatshirts were perfect. We went back and forth making changes and they came out great!

My experience with CustomInk exceeded my expectations! They gave me guidance on my design and provided helpful feedback (when requested) for anything/everything. They were also prompt, prompt, prompt! My order arrived 3 days before they said it would, even though I made some last minute changes. Kudos to CustomInk!

The woman who helped me was very nice and we were out a great deal, I was happy about that.

The only thing I was a little frustrated with, was the fact that I wasn't told to get my school's permission to use their name (LCCC) until after my credit card was charged! (I had the design saved on the website, and even spoke to someone a month earlier to order a blank hoodie to check the quality, and no one advised me to get LCCC's permission until after the order was placed). Luckily it worked out, but what if LCCC said no?! I had already collected 18 people's money at that point... Just a suggestion. Otherwise, we were thrilled with every step of the process.

Good web and ordering experience. Dissapointed in tke final product logo

At this point I am uncertain as to whether I would order or not.

CustomInk did a fabulous job with my order! I always felt connected by e-mail, and was relieved to hear that my design would be reviewed for aesthetic purposes but that production would not begin before my approval. Everything was produced, shipped, and delivered in a timely manner, faster than I would have anticipated when originally designing the sweatshirts. There was definitely enough options for our needs when it came to fonts, colors, and logos/symbols and I would, without hesitation, choose CustomInk again. What's more, the pricing was fair and allowed for even more girls to order than we originally planned.
