Poor final product. I was quite disappointed with the end result. I should get a refund. This was ordered for a momentous occasion, and I am extremely let down with the quality, the printing and overall product. Unfortunately, I will not use your service or recommend anyone to use your service. I should receive a refund.

Horrible customer service experience. In the week leading up to my product delivery, I spent maybe 15 hours on the phone with customer service representatives across maybe seven different calls. At the end of each call, they said my order was good to go and my product was off of hold. The next morning I would wake up with an email that my product was on hold again. We did this cycle, maybe seven times. I’m not sure how each representative could’ve been confident enough to say we were good moving forward and then been wrong each time. Every single call said there was a different issue, but it circled back to the same issue that each call said that they had fixed. we were under some time pressure to get the product in at a certain time with a couple days buffer before the actual event. I ordered rush delivery to accommodate that but due to all of the delays, the final product was not confirmed until maybe three days before the event. I’m grateful to the customer service representatives who were able to make sure that the product got to me on time, although if it came basically the morning of the event. It looked fine, but it caused me significant stress and took up a significant amount of my time and I would never use the service again.

I have another item from Custom Ink that was a crew neck that my job ordered in support of a student who was having open heart surgery and it's held up very well, so I expected the same kind of quality for the bag I ordered. I still love the accessibility in price and the speed of shipping so I will order again eventually, but I hope the quality of the logo will be better.
