You are awesome!....except...can't wait till you are bigger, get your product direct from a manufacturer, and offer quantity discounts. You know...like 1 shirt...$30....6 shirts, $20 each I'm saying I will order again on your questionnaire, but, only if I can't find the same service cheaper!

Great customer service! A real class act! The quality of the shirts - top notch. The only glitch - we wanted to order the 3/4 zip in navy. We priced it, checked with the team, got the ok and collected everyone's money. All that in 1 day. When we went back the very next morning, the 3/4 zip in navy was no longer available because it had been pulled for quality problems in manufacturing. We then had to order the full zip - pricier - and foot the bill for the difference. It may have been coincidentally bad timing but it did leave us disappointed. Otherwise - terrific!

I spoke with several people throughout my process to order this. EVERY person could not have been more helpful. All previous notes were clearly left in my file for any other team member of custom ink to be able to help me as if I was working with just one person the whole time. Thanks for all the help!
