Customer service is unbelievably good! Had USPS lose one package and CI had a replacement out in a couple days, saving our 6 year old from being the odd man out on our family Disney vacation shirts! Morgan F is a hero in customer service!

Overall, the experience was great: the shirts came out great, shipping was on time, and everything was accurate. Thank you so much. The biggest point of concern/stress was the proof approval process. My group order included varyious sizes of Next Level shirts (youth, womens, regular); the initial proof showed the image as one size placed across all sizes, meaning the images ran off the youth shirts in the proof and was otherwise an unacceptable size on the womens shirt. I was called by a representative and when I raised the issue, I was told that I would incur an additional charge ($80) for another sized screen to accommodate the smaller sizes. Even after I accepted the additional charge, I still had to speak to a representative about the sizing because the updated proof still showed the images running off the shirts. The whole proofing process took a little over a week, and I was stressed and unconfident that the images would be appropriately sized and whether they would arrive on time. Ultimately they did, and I was very happy. My bits of advice are these: - Inform customers how many screens they will need for their order if their order includes various sizes/styles ahead of time so their proofs will be more accurate. This was a surprise AFTER I put the time/effort into creating a group order and paying for it. I was happy to pay for the additional screen, but knowing earlier would have saved a lot of time/stress. - Double-check the proofs sent to customers. Most if not every proof sent to me showed the image running off the youth shirts, which is likely never intended by the customer, and I had to speak to a representative 2-3 times to get it right, causing concern about meeting the delivery date. I would definitely order from Custom Ink again, but knowing this experience, I would adjust my expectations and communication with representatives to avoid delays.
