I was kind of amazed at the customer service I received from CustomInk! I had ordered some shirts that didn't come out as well as I'd hoped (though I think it may have been my fault), and when I noted that on my survey/review, I wasn't expecting to be contacted at all, but they immediately contacted me and wanted to know what had gone wrong and how they could fix it (I hadn't even given them that bad of a review -- I think I just mentioned that I didn't love the shirts but the customer service was good). We were able to redo the order, they gave us a really hefty discount, and the new order came out much better! I just wasn't expecting any of that -- I thought I was just going to have to live with the shirts I didn't like. I was/am very impressed with the customer service, and thankful that they were willing to work with me to redo the shirt!

CustomInk's service was stellar from start to finish. First I had built the shirt with an option which did not include youth sizes. I called customInk and they rebuilt everything for the same shirt just with youth size options for me in about a minute. I received several emails from specific people asking how they could help during the process. We ended up getting the order in with one shirt missing, but customInk express mailed the missing shirt to my assistant any den leader in time for our meeting 2 days later, and at his address because I was out of town. Great job all around.

Despite the Ladies Varsity Large shirt being cut small, I was able to give it away to someone it would fit and my overall experience was excellent. The design art team was great and gave me exactly what I was looking for, the customer service team was excellent, and the order to ship time was great too.
