The customer service representatives to which I spoke on the phone /corresponded via email (Azita Nikzad and Katie Holloway) were absolutely lovely - incredibly personable, helpful, and extremely pleasant, while assisting me in making the necessary purchases (with tax exemption: which can sometimes be complicated online). I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently my order was processed, shipped, and product & invoice/receipt received (so much earlier than expected!). Amazing customer/seller communication; I very much appreciated that.
Company kept me updated step to step on the delivery process which alleviated the stress of the process.

CustomInk's service is fantastic. I called because I was curious about my package that was delayed by snow and I was given a voucher because it hadn't arrived by the guaranteed delivery date. I was completely surprised that a company would apologize for the weather, but it was greatly appreciated that they were so concerned about my package getting to me.
