I was impressed with the whole experience. I have not used your services before but we will again. Customer service staff (next time I will get their names) were friendly and helpful and actually seemed interested in helping me. It went super smoothly and the results was great. My only suggestion in the future (especially with new people) let us know that these shirts seem to run small. We ended up with some staff that could not wear their shirts. We will order some larger ones next time. We got the items on time and communications was as it said it would be. What a novel concept. Thanks for a good experience.

What is really disappointing is the pricing for the repeat order policy customink have for customers. We need 10 more Next Level Tri-Blend T-shirt -- Venetian Grey shirts two days after we received the order and distributed the shirst. This is after some internal people of ours saw what we have and requested for more. Two days later, and the quote is $10 higher each shirt which came out to be $240. The explanation I got was "everything has to be redone again and it is treated as a brand new order. However, if I only re-order 5 shirts then it could be the same price with a $15 setup fee. But, since you order more than 5 shirts, so you have to pay $10 more each shirt with no setup fee. " Dave was great and friendly and I believe I understood what he was telling me as I asked him to repeat twice. How does the policy make sense logically? We re-order more and get penalized for ordering more than 5 shirts? I could not find any of your re-order policy, nor can I find where you stated you would immediately purge the design after the production for a given order. What would have been really helpful could be you state it up front about how long you would keep the original pricing in the confirmed order email. I could not find it in the FAQ. Will I recommend customink to others? Absolutely because I consider everyone great and helpful and the price is reasonable for the first order. Will I warn them about my experience? I will for sure.
