What amazing customer service! I called in because I couldn't figure out how to order 3 different styles of shirts in the same order, and the man that helped me was so friendly and helpful. My phone battery died during the transaction, and I called right back into the number and got another representative. She went out of her way to figure out who I was talking to, took my cell phone number and promised to follow-up with me within an hour. Not 2 minutes after I got off the phone with her, the original gentleman I was talking to called me back! Amazing group of people :)
Your customer service representatives are great. I especially like working with Mia. That being said, I prefer to speak with only ONE Customer Service Representative (CSO) per order. If Mia is the person I'm communicating with, I want to hear back from Mia only and not get an email from "John" as a follow-up or a phone call from Deanna. If something is urgent, I'll call and I'll ask to speak with someone other than Mia if she's not available to help with the order. Otherwise, please don't call me on the weekends and please don't get multiple CSOs involved for no reason. It makes the experience less personal and unnecessarily more complicated. My only other suggestion for website improvement would be that the final proof should be automatically saved to your SAVED DESIGNS. It doesn't really make sense to go back in and see the original work you put in if the design team made changes for you or the placement of the artworked changed.
