This was my first order with CustomInk and I was extremely impressed. I loved the website, starting with the Octopus logo and colors. It is eye catching and fun. I pretty much found what I needed online; however, I had some specific questions and called customer service. The first person I spoke with was Kimmy and she was over the top helpful. She was super professional and personable. I received a proof shortly after I placed my order from Natee. I was very impressed. He contacted me to share that my logo didn't meet Ragnar guidelines and he had a solution, which we proceeded with and the shirts looked great. Nate was also super professional and personable. I mentioned to both Kimmy and Natee that their service was outstanding. My experience was so highly positive. Not the usually customer service experience. Even when there is a company that provides great service, the approach your company takes tops even that. From how the phone is answered to the level of follow through. Thank you. My husband is an artist and because the experience was so good, I want to get shirts with his artwork on it.

I had a wonderful experience working with customInk's support team. My t-shirt contained Disney language that had to be modified as required by CustomInk's agreement with Disney. The support team alerted me to the issue, helped me change the design so it met Disney requirements, and were also helpful adjusting the design size. I was also really impressed with how I had an opportunity to do a final review and size confirmation of the shirts before actual printing occurred. Reviewing the design after it had been subject to improvements by CustomInk designers helped me see that the design size was too large when printed on smaller shirts and we altered it accordingly. The shirts look great and the American Apparel tri-blend shirts are super soft and comfortable.
