I had a wonderful experience with customer service. About an hour after I submitted two separate designs for men and women's tshirts (all with the same design), Austin from customer service called to tell me (a) that although the website wasn't at present capable of combining two of the same design orders on two separate products (I did half men's, half women's tees, so I had to build two separate "orders"), he would combine them b/c it's the same design setup and save me $150 and (b) that black didn't really show up well on the cranberry and gray showed up way better. Amazing. We made the switch and the shirts are fantastic.
Super stoked with how the shirts came out and the amazing help I got over the phone with you guys. Going above and beyond to help is inspiring, looking forward to ordering from you guys again. Cheers!

Very good customer service. Somebody was available quickly by phone when I needed a little help in completing my design and made sure the order was at our office when we needed it despite a short lead time on the order. Customer service was not on the same page as my sales rep. I explained that I had one design, in two unique files. I am a designer, when sizing it down for the women's t-shirt I made my own file adjustments so hairlines would print ok. I did what your creative team would essentially need to do. Twice when on the phone with customer service during the proofing process, they tried to tell me I had to pay more to submit two design files and it would need to be two separate orders, when my sales rep told me all would be ok. This made for an very annoying experience, and you came very close to loosing a $1746 sale.
