All the people I spoke with were very helpful, although the online chat responses were slow. I would type something and would not get a response for a couple of minutes. I guess the responder was dealing with several people at the same time? For this reason I preferred the over-the-phone discussion.

I was designing my shirt online and decided to call in to ask a quick question. I was SO DELIGHTED by my conversation with Caitlin that I made a point to call back and ask for her once I had my design perfect and ready to order. She was helpful, friendly, conversational, engaging, and absolutely fabulous. A couple days later when my design was getting finalized, Addy also provided fabulous service -- he had some great suggestions, advice and guidance.
