I interacted with four or five different people on this year's order. After we finalized on a design titled "runnew1" and got a final price we called to pay for the order. The last person we dealt with was on another line so I placed the order with another person. Our design on the back of the shirt was identical to last year, but the front was different. We received a discount for reusing part of the order. When we received the proof titled "runnew1" the front and the back were of last year's design. So that involved another round of phone calls and emails. I'm glad that there is a Proof step in the process, but I'm concerned about the handoff of the order between personnel. Somehow the "runnew1" that we had settled upon didn't make it on the first attempt into "runnew1" the proof.
The customer service is always amazing at Custom Ink. No matter who i'm talking to, everyone is so helpful. The tank tops turned out great! Thank you!

The screen printing was about 3 inches off centered. Also, the shirts had defects, like they got snagged in the machine. Not happy. Sent an email but no one replied... won't be using CustomInk again. Update - Someone reached out to me right after I posted this... They sent out new shirts that were great and then asked for the original shirts to be sent back. Then offered to sell the damaged shirts back for half price. I can't imagine how much CustomInk wastes on shipping, why not just let me keep/throw away the damaged shirts? Offering to sell them (and ship) them back is ridiculous... Lots of waste in the "Free" shipping, you know you're being over-charged for these shirts to fly back and forth, especially using over-night and 2-day mail. Shopping local next time.
