I was a bit disappointed that the Ladies New Balance Tempo Performance Shirt did not come in the color red. It's a bit odd that the Men's shirt, and sister products of both the Men and Ladies' tank tops would have red, yet the shirt wouldn't it. It caused me to have to figure out a way to have something similar for the Ladies' shirts so that our team jerseys would somewhat match. I understand it's difficult to carry stock of every item/color, but it seems weird that there's no 'continuity' between similar products. I'm not sure if these get shared with actual customer service representatives, but I'd like to commend Marcela Morrison for her help. She spent 2 hours on the phone with me trying to help me figure out how to remedy the situation regarding the unavailable shirts. She offered suggestions on similar styles and made it easy to understand the pros/cons of each. Additionally, she helped explain some of the pricing breakdowns when they weren't clear to me. She was courteous, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. When she didn't know an answer, she didn't try to lie to me but find a supervisor that would know and because it took a little time, she would profusely apologize so that she made it clear she valued my time.
