Cutomink was fine, I'm just disappointed in my overall product. For as expensive as the shirt I ordered were I expected for my students to be happy with what they got, and unfortunately they weren't.

Use of the design application was awesome and the freedom to customize was great. However, then end product was disappointing as some print edges stuck out under another graphic that I feel should have been caught through some sort of quality control as I was careful that wouldn't happen when I designed it. Otherwise, the experience was great, shipping quick and customer service good.

I went without communication for a stretch of time; I was surprised I wasn't being contacted to finalize the order. For a little while communication was difficult but then another gentleman took my order over from the initial person and things got better. I could have gotten the shirts cheaper locally (and have had the ability to touch and feel the product), however we went with your company because of the web tools. My leaders had fun creating and submitting their t-shirt design ideas. That is the primary reason we went with your company. In the future, I think I'll want to have a better idea of the look and feel of the product prior to ordering. I wish I could answer, "I don't know" to the "would you order from customink again?" question. Right now, I feel like that answer is a no, but really it was a great service, and was sent what I ordered. By no fault of your own, I'm unhappy with the product simply because I didn't realize what I was actually ordering, so that makes me hesitant to order again. I'd love to say yes, because it was fairly easy but I just don't know if I actually would...basically I feel bad for giving a no response and wanted you to know why!

Overall great, however too much back/forth with printing approval. Seems to be disconnect on placement of logo which took too long to confirm causing shipping charges where this was an incentive for me to choose this company.
