I've used CustomInk for over 10 years. Since the recession, say about 2008, the shirts have been of poor quality and simply too small for the size purchased. My most recent purchase will be my last.

As I said when I called the day my order arrived...You guys rock! The communication from your team was second to none. We ran into a trademark issue when our design went through your compliance department. That's OK...it happens. What blew me away was the immediate and multiple attempts to contact me to inform me what was happening with the order. That alone rates you at the top! You said two weeks and it only took eight days to go through order submission, some back/forth with compliance, proof, production, and delivery. One word. Impressive!

Would have to say that the CustomInk experience was the best overall customer experience I've had in a very long time. The staff was so helpful and very focused on meeting my needs. When quoting a price to a customer, the quote should include all taxes, personalization, and discounts. I explained to customer service that I was going to offer these items to a team to purchase, so I had to have the exact cost (including all taxes, personalization, and discounts repeatedly). Each time I spoke with someone they gave me different prices and prices that did not include the prices that were emailed to me. Overall, the quality of the items are great. Customer service reps were generally very helpful and polite; however, simple math skills could be improved upon.
