One recommendation I have is to ensure folks to whom customers talk on the phone actually communicate/execute the changes discussed. The only luck I had in the design updates/changes were when I made them online; anytime I called to make the change(s), they never worked/updated. When I would receive an "updated" design link and went to it, it was evident none of the changes were made that I requested via phone, so I'd simply make them online. Then and only then would the changes be executed accurately. Also, unfortunately, I was unable to simply use the design we used in 2015 or update it; this had to be done via phone. I was unable to use the website for much of anything.

This was an amazing customer experience. I was able to do quite a bit of planning and designing on my own before proceeding with an order. The online order form made it simple for people in my group to reserve a shirt. I placed my order by phone to ensure clear communication and timely delivery and Matt could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The shirts were delivered a day early and perfectly produced. Great work - I will be back!

CustomInk is an awesome place to design and order a shirt. Within a short time I was able to put together an attractive design for my relay running team. You take FOREVER to make changes and get proofs to people. Unnecessary amount of stress caused. And your team messed up on the proof when a different design was specifically asked for. Horrible.

Admittedly, we were a bit apprehensive about using CustomInk at first. My fears were immediately quelled once I spoke with a friendly and knowledgable customer service representative. She guided me through the process with ease, answered all of my questions, made helpful suggestions, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me create a product that I would love. From there, the design team was able to take my draft and modify it so it adhered to some very strict sponsor logo guidelines. This whole process took only a few days! A short while later, we received a well-packed box that contained our high-quality athletic team shirts. The colors were bright, the logos were clear, and everyone was truly thrilled! One of the most challenging parts of coordinating a team of charity runners is finding a shirt that meets everyones needs. CustomInk offered us an incredibly wide selection of choices as well as the option to mix and match styles.
