Good experience but you need to improve your packing for delivery and consider size, weight, and weather conditions. You could also reduce the number of emails sent throughout the process- too many and extremely redundant.

I love the product and quality! Very satisfied! I was somewhat disappointed with the lateness of the shipping. I paid extra to have it here by the date promised. I needed it by 5:30 pm for a presentation that I needed to make. It was still not at my house by 5:15 pm! I called the company and they called the UPS company. It was delivered while they were calling. 5:22. I did receive the package that day, however it left me with no time to set it up with my presentation.
