I wish I had gotten an estimate that included taxes and other fees that I honestly haven't thought about in the first place, but that would have been helpful with quoting so I could have charged people more appropriately instead of eating some extra costs.

Love the group order system. It made it super easy for my large group at work to pick and pay for their items. Some items ended up being out of stock in some sizes. A quick call to custom ink and the issue was resolved. I wish I could see which items and sizes were out of stock and I could manage it on my end on the computer. But its really easy over the phone with customer service as well.

I order new shirts about every 6 months for the last few years , customer service and product are always amazing. The only thing I say custom ink needs to look into is how to make it possible to get 1 or 2 hats made ( 12 is what you have to get now) Especially if you already have a order of other things it should be a Option to be able to add 1 or 2 has to the order. Would be nice when theres alot of 1 or 2 man company's in the trades field
