I had a good experience working with customer service although I really needed guidance and it felt a little like I was being oversold on colors instead of finding the optimum number of colors for my image. I would have valued more opinion about my image and what would look best since this is not my line of work. In the end, I had to ask my sister who works in apparel design to help design the shirt.

once I contacted customer service (Amber) and ??? who emailed me when I had questions about placement of the text on the back of the small red singlette and when I had issues with the size of the print on the women's cut shirts (he explained the reasons and my options so I could make the best decision on what to do), I was pleased with my experience.
