Months. That's how long it took to become comfortable enough to click the Submit Order button...and the only reason I found comfort was because I used Custom Ink. Other companies pressure you to make you feel like you don't have time to review your logo and order so they just get the sale. With Custom Ink they give you time and space to adjust your logo, ask if you have any questions, or need any help. If you DO end up needing a helping hand, the agents that are standing by to get you through the forest are welcoming and efficient. Sometimes, there are those experiences that you dread because you know how the customer service will be...but I had nothing short of a perfect experience. I will undoubtedly use Custom Ink again and I hope if anyone ready this, you will too. 11/10 service and product, 0/10 messing around!
