The service was remarkable. I had a vision in my mind, and was having difficulty translating it onto the design. I chatted online with a specialist and my design was completed in less than 10 minutes. Something that would have taken me at least 1 hour to complete.

The overall experience was great! Very simple design tools that produced a great product. I just wish the licensing with Boy Scouts of America was worked out so that I could recommend you all to all of cub scout packs in our area.

CustomInk is our new shirt vendor. The design tools are simply amazing! I was able to take my pencil drawing and turn it into a shirt design like a pro. That was pretty amazing! The staff was so super helpful and friendly and worked with me so well to make my budget fit too. We highly recommend CustomInk for orders large and small.

I have been looking forward to giving feedback about my experience since the first few interactions with TJ, DJ, Katherine, Lauren, Vanessa, and any other representatives I have left off the list. So much so that I may have annoyed some of your employees for asking for the survey over and over again even prior to seeing the product...;o) Your scale for Customer Service should include higher ratings, such as superior. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to receive such amazing customer service that the product almost became irrelevant to the service experience I had. I highly commend your staff and management team for doing such a great job in hiring such enthusiastic, professional, and pleasant people as well as training them so well that their level of awesome customer service was consistent no matter whom I dealt with and time of day or week. Coming from a customer service background myself, I am hypersensitive to this aspect of doing business, and I can assure you that you're doing a great job and your team is without comparison! I have never experience customer better customer service and none has ever even come close...;o) Please let me know if you need any specifics or further information as I would be more than glad to share them with you.
